Your refill is not confirmed until a staff member from our clinic contacts you. We will compare your request with the refills available on your file. If a refill is not in stock you will receive an e-mail and phone call stating when the refill should arrive. In some cases a credit card may be required to be on file prior to placing the order.

At The Zimmerman Veterinary Clinic we purchase directly from manufacturer approved distributors. If a medication fails, and it is bought directly from a veterinarian many drug companies will reimburse the client for the medication cost and may even cover cost of treatment needed due to drug failure. Drug companies do not provide this support for purchases made from on-line pharmacies.
Medications that are pre-packaged and are not opened can be returned for a full refund.
